RETURNS POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

At Petlovo.com, we want you to love your purchase. You have exactly 30 days after the delivery date to request a return or report an issue with your order.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Free Returns)
If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the description on our website, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@petlovo.com with clear photos of the defect. We will provide a free return shipping label or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing.

2. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Items (Customer Pays Shipping)
If you simply changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in New and unused condition, in its original packaging. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label to mail the item back to our facility. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, email us at hello@petlovo.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

DISPATCH TIME

We strive to ship most products within 0-3 days.

With the exception of products that are customized or made-on-demand, which may take 2-5 days to ship.

PACKAGE TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive a unique package tracking number for each product you ordered.

You can track your package from origin to delivery address online using the tracking number provided. To track your package, please visit https://petlovo.com/apps/parcelpanel.

We also proactively share the following updates via email:

  1. Order Packed - This email will be sent to you when your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the shipping company.
  2. Order Shipped - This email will be sent to you when the shipping company picks up your package and it's added to the logistics network.
  3. Order Out for Delivery - This email will be sent to you when the package arrives at your local post office.
  4. Delivery Failed - In the unlikely event that the package arrives at your doorstep but no one is available to receive it, we will send you an email notifying you of the failed delivery.
